**Opportunity Description:** Sound Transit is seeking proposals for RFP # RP 0104-26 for Marketing and Advertising Services. The project involves researching and identifying target markets, developing integrated marketing and digital strategies, creating and implementing advertising campaigns across various channels, including media purchases, creative product development, and print, digital, and audio-visual production. Additionally, the work includes planning and conducting digital marketing campaigns, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the marketing program. The contract term is proposed for three years.
