Second Cutting of Industrial Park Hay Ground

The City of Wall is seeking sealed bids for the second cutting of hay at the City Industrial Park. Bids must be addressed to the City Finance Officer and submitted to the office by 2:00 p.m. MST on September 3rd, 2026. Specifications for mowing and removing the hay can be obtained from the City Finance Officer or by calling (605) 279-2663.All bids must include a check for the bid amount along with a $200 deposit as a performance guarantee. This deposit ensures that the entire area will be mowed, all hay will be removed, and no damage will be done to lot pins or the area. Checks should be made payable to the City of Wall.This second cutting is contingent upon weather conditions. The City of Wall reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
