Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Products

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University ("SUNY DHSU") intends to procure a two (2) year agreement for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Products using Premier Consortia Contract # PP-OR-2505 pursuant to its authority under New York State Finance Law, section 163(3)(vi) which authorizes the use of a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell equivalent and compatible consumables may, if interested, contact the agent in the Purchasing Department, listed below, to discuss this procurement. Equivalency and compatibility must be demonstrated by meeting the performance of, and being compatible and interchangeable with existing equipment, supplies and accessories.
