The Village of Leipsic will receive bids at 142 East Main Street, Leipsic, Ohio 45856 until 10:00 a.m. Local Time on Thursday, September 3, 2026. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.The work involves grading the existing stone parking lot and applying asphalt concrete, extending Soccer Drive approximately 255 LF with asphalt concrete, installing concrete curb and islands, catch basins, 12” & 18” storm drainage, pavement striping, and other incidentals.The Engineer's Base Bid Cost Estimate is $425,000.00. The work must be substantially completed on or before October 23, 2026, and ready for final payment by October 30, 2026, in accordance with the General Conditions.<br
