Goodhue County is conducting an online auction for tax-forfeited properties starting on August 17, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. The auction will close on September 16, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Properties will be offered at not less than the initial sale price, which is the Estimated Market Value. If properties do not sell on September 16th, a second auction will commence on October 16th at 11:00 A.M., where properties will be offered at the minimum bid, which includes delinquent taxes, special assessments, penalties, interest, and costs assigned to the parcel.
