Upper Bridge Feasibility Study

This study will provide the Keeseville Community and Essex County with options to preserve a nationally significant example of American Engineering, restore either vehicular of pedestrian access, create scenic viewpoints, and impove tranportation circulation through walkable, bikeable, or vehicular connections within the hamlet.  With a population of approximately 2,000 residents, the hamlet serves as an important commercial and residential center for both residents and visitors.  The Study will analyze pedestrian connecivity, vehicle access and safety, and historic preservation as they relate to quality of life and hamlet defelopment.
