PEPPM Cooperative Purchasing Program Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit #16

The Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit #16 (CSIU) is inviting sealed bids for its PEPPM 2027 Product Line Bid and PEPPM 2027 Apple Bid. This opportunity is aimed at acquiring technology equipment, software, services, supplies, and furniture for local educational agencies and other eligible public agencies in Pennsylvania and potentially other states under the PEPPM Cooperative Purchasing Program.There will be a public bid opening on October 8, 2026, at 3:00 pm ET at CSIU, located at 90 Lawton Lane, Milton, PA 17847. Bidders should note that CSIU reserves the right to conduct the bid opening via teleconference or video conference instead of an in-person meeting. Registration for the bid opening is required at www.epylon.com, and there is no fee for registration.Details and bid documents can be accessed at www.peppm.org/bids. Bidders are reminded that no bid may be withdrawn for 90 days following the bid opening date. Additionally, the installation of certain products purchased under these contracts may be subject to applicable prevailing wage laws and rates. CSIU also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in a bid.
