The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of Casper College (Procuring Agency) will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) until 1:00 p.m. MT on September 16, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system from licensed architects and engineers for the Casper College Industrial Technology Building Level II Study at the Casper College Campus, Casper, WY. Project Description: The successful professional service provider will be responsible for Level II studies for the Casper College Industrial Technology Building. The new facility will become the home of the Auto Body, Advanced Manufacturing, Construction, and Welding programs, bringing these high-demand trades together under one roof in a modern learning environment equipped with the latest technology and equipment. Cost estimating services will be incorporated into this work.
