If you were awarded contracts under RFP#s 2020-023 and 2024-008 and do not respond to this RFP, you will be removed from the Vendor Pool for Athletic Uniforms, Equipment, and Supplies. Exception: Vendors awarded through cooperative or interlocal agreements that Mesquite ISD participates in.   RFP Overview: Mesquite Independent School District (MISD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide Athletic Uniforms, Equipment, and Supplies on an as-needed basis. MISD will determine the need for purchases at its sole discretion. Multiple vendors will be awarded to ensure a broad range of available resources.   Contract Term: Contracts will be effective upon award and run through December 31 of each year. Contracts will automatically renew each January 1 unless re-bid by MISD. The final renewal will expire on December 31, 2030.   Estimated Annual Spend: Approximately $800,000+ Note: This is an estimate only and not a guarantee of volume.   Compliance Notice: Federal funds may be utilized to procure this service, and all submittals must conform to the procurement standards identified in CFR Part 200 §§200.317 through 200.327.
