South Oxnard Center Lighting Project

The City of Oxnard invites ALL LICENSED CLASS C-10 ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR or CLASS A GENERAL ENGINEERING CONTRACTORS to bid on the South Oxnard Center Lighting Project, Specification No. PW 25-90. Bids must be uploaded to the Planet Bids Portal by 2:00PM on September 15, 2026 , and Bid Security must be delivered to the City Clerk by that same deadline. All Bidders must obtain bid documents and submit their bids electronically using the City’s Planet Bids portal at the following link: https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/69575/portal-home. PUBLIC PURCHASE IS NOT the PLAN ROOM FOR THIS PROJECT. Please do not post questions here. As more specifically described in the Contract Documents, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to remove existing lighting systems and furnish and install new lighting fixtures, lamps, poles, foundations, wiring, conduit, and lighting controls, along with all associated electrical work and surface restoration, all to be completed in place at the South Oxnard Center located at 200 Bard Road, in the City of Oxnard.
