Repairs to Building

The Council of Herndon Borough, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, is requesting sealed bids for repairs to the Borough Building. The work includes removing lighting above garage doors, removing, replacing, and installing two windows at the front entrance, installing insulation board on the entire exterior of the building, installing metal panels on the whole exterior, installing coil stock around the top of the building, installing a new vent pipe, and installing approximately 15-16 inches of gutter on the backside of the building. Bidders are required to submit their bids along with a bid bond of 10% of the total bid amount, payable to 'Herndon Borough'. The bids must be submitted on or before September 14, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. to the Herndon Borough Council at the Herndon Borough Building located at 278 North Main Street, Herndon, Pennsylvania. The bids will be opened, reviewed, and an award may be made at that time. Herndon Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
