This document constitutes a Request for Qualifications from prospective vendors in regard to Civil Engineering Services for Clay County, Missouri in accordance with the requirements and provisions stated therein. *In order for a Proposal to be considered complete, the Clay County document(s) must be completed in their entirety. The cover page MUST be completed, all pages MUST be initialed and the Terms and Conditions Acknowledgement Form MUST be signed. Additionally, all Addendums, Exhibits and Supplementary Documents, as required, MUST be acknowledged, signed and submitted with all RFP documents, as well. Deadline for questions and clarifications is no later than Monday, August 31,2026 .
