The Village of Estero, FL, in good faith, invites the submission of unsealed proposals from interested and qualified for-profit or not-for-profit corporations, partnerships, or registered joint ventures authorized to do business in the state of Florida to present Public Private Partnership Estero River North Opportunity proposals to the Village of Estero, Fl. The Firm must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete all work to the Village's quality standards. Solicitation documents and deadlines are available at https://estero.ionwave.net/HomePage.aspx Questions and proposals must be submitted online in the Euna Procurement system.  Firm names submitting questions are NOT associated with their respective questions.  Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Woman and Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (W/MBE) companies are encouraged to submit a proposal.
