In accordance with the City of Lee’s Summit Procurement Policy, competitive sealed Bids for the specified items herein will be received until the date and time referenced above (the “Bid Deadline). Bids shall be submitted electronically via www.PublicPurchase.com per the instructions contained within the Bid. Bids must be in the actual possession of the City staff prior to the Bid Deadline. Late Bids shall not be considered. * The City of Lee’s Summit reserves the right to amend the solicitation schedule as necessary.
