Request for Proposal -Development Services Engineering On-Call Material Testing Services

The Development Services Engineering department is soliciting for On-Call Material Testing Services. The scope of work primarily involves providing materials testing services either by a test-by-test method for by an entire project assignment for all infrastructure improvements within existing or proposed City right-of-ways and easements. The services provided will be materials testing for a variety of project types including but not limited to new and existing infrastructure, private and public subdivisions, major arterial roadways, capital improvement projects, community facility districts, and other miscellaneous specific plans.
