2026 Overlay Project

This project shall consist of: Furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, traffic control, and sequencing required to overlay existing asphalt pavement at seven (7) distinct locations within the City of Renton. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: •  Pavement & Excavation: Applying Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA Cl. ½” PG 58H-22) overlay, roadway excavation, bituminous pavement planing, and pavement repairs. •  Finishing Details: Completing all necessary channelization, site restoration, and incidental items required by the Contract Documents.
