2027 HVAC Upgrades

The Board of Library Trustees of the Matteson Area Public Library District is seeking sealed bids for the 2027 HVAC Upgrades project. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. CST on Tuesday, September 8, 2027, at the Matteson Area Public Library located at 801 School Avenue, Illinois 60443, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud.Bid documents, including plans, specifications, and instructions to bidders, will be available electronically starting at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 10, 2027. Interested bidders can obtain these documents by contacting Dan Mccurdy at AMSCO Engineering, Inc. via email at dmccurdy@amscoengineering.com or by phone at (630) 515-1555 ext. 122.Each bid must include a bid bond, cash, or a certified check of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, ensuring that the bidder will fulfill the contract if awarded. Bidders must also demonstrate their capability to meet the contract requirements.A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2027, at 10:00 a.m. at the project site. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend and may visit the site during normal business hours by appointment. For site visits, contact Dan Eallonardo at Dan.eallonardo@icsillinois.com.Bids will be accepted until the specified deadline, and the Board of Library Trustees reserves the right to reject any bids and to hold proposals for sixty (60) days.
