RFP-26-55 Firefighter and Police Officer Medical Evals

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed proposals from The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive annual occupational medical evaluations for firefighters and police officers. Services shall be designed to assess fitness for duty; support the early detection of cardiovascular disease, occupational cancers, and metabolic disorders; promote firefighter and police officer health and wellness; and reduce line-of-duty illness and death. The selected firm shall provide services that meet or exceed all applicable NFPA recommendations, maintain OSHA compliance where applicable, and deliver annual individual health trend analyses for each firefighter or police officer, along with aggregate departmental trend reporting to support ongoing wellness initiatives for the City of Bentonville Fire Department and Police Department.
