All bids must be submitted on the provided forms and in sealed envelopes labeled with the contract number and title. Bidders are required to comply with New Jersey statutes regarding discrimination and must provide a valid Business Registration Certificate. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the contract price, not exceeding $20,000, as a guarantee of contract execution.
