5th Street & Leavenworth Street Pedestrian Improvements - Manhattan, KS

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 3:00 P.M., on September 8, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for: 5th Street & Leavenworth Street Pedestrian Improvements. Project will include the complete reconstruction of the intersection at N 5th Street and Leavenworth Street, pavement restoration, stormwater system improvements and water distribution system improvements.
