The West Ada School District (the "District" or "WASD") is the largest school district in the state of Idaho with approximately 38,000 students and 60 school sites (36 elementary, 11 middle schools, 11 high schools and 1 K-12 school). The District covers 382 square miles and is contained within 8 municipalities ((2) Counties: Ada County, Canyon County and (6) Cities: Boise, Meridian, Star, Eagle, Nampa & Kuna). WASD is seeking proposals from qualified organizations ("Organizations," "Respondents," "Bidders," "Proposers," or "Contractors") to establish a competitively solicited Master Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for Uniforms, Performance Apparel, and Associated Products & Services funded in whole or in part by federal, state, or local funds. The resulting agreement will be available to current and future members of Equalis Group nationwide, in compliance with Idaho Code and 2 CFR Part 200, with award to one or more vendors determined to be in the District's best interest.
