Security Services for Aviation and Marine Facilities on St Croix (Armed and/or Unarmed)

The Virgin Islands Port Authority ("VIPA" or the "Authority") invites licensed and qualified firms to submit a proposal  to provide armed and/or unarmed Security Services at aviation and marine facilities on the island of St. Croix.  The efficiency and quality of the service provided shall be a reflection of VIPA's image and its ability to provide superior customer service in a safe, attractive, and proficient manner. The successful firm will be expected to meet stringent  professional and safety standards as mandated by  U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Coast Guard, and VIPA's Police Department.   The successful Contractor(s) also expected to employ management and operational personnel with professional experience and expertise in the provision of this service.   Electronic bids for the furnishing of all labor and equipment for providing the services shall be received by the Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) through its eProcurement site at https://viportbids.ionwave.net, until Tuesday, September 8,2026 unless otherwise amended. All bids will be reviewed pursuant to VIPAs Procurement Policies and Procedures, Section IV Competitive Bidding.   The Virgin Islands Port Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any and all bids, make multiple awards, or to re-advertise for bids.
