NJRC Bridgewater Resources Rail Freight Project: Phase 1A

Bridgewater Resources Inc. is seeking sealed bids for the NJRC Bridgewater Resources Rail Freight Project: Phase 1A. The project involves the installation of 1,094 feet of new jointed rail track into the transfer station, converting it into a hybrid facility for loading gondola and intermodal style railcars. Additional work includes installing new drainage inlets, a rail side ditch, and a combined truck/rail scale. All qualified bidders are required to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting and site walk, and to pick up a bid package on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the site office located at 15 Polhemus Lane, Bridgewater, NJ. Bidders unable to obtain a bid package in person may call 973-865-2933 for assistance. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to Nicholas Falletta at the same address, and must be received by 11:59 PM on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, prior to the bid opening on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM. Attendance at the bid opening is encouraged. All bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
