Erie County Fiscal Stability Authority 295 Main St. Suite 946 Buffalo, NY 14203 (716) 608-2271 www.ecfsa.ny.gov   REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR INDEPENDENT AUDITOR The ECFSA is soliciting proposals from accounting firms experienced in public finance and New York State public benefit corporation accounting to perform audits of the financial statements of the Authority.  The firm selected will also be expected to advise the Authority on an as-needed basis with respect to accounting questions.
