Construction Manager at Risk for New Precinct 4 Maintenance Center

Tarrant County is seeking proposals from qualified construction firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services necessary for the construction of the New Precinct 4 Maintenance Center, located at 1005 Scotland Avenue, Azle TX 76020. The facility will include an Administration Building, Maintenance Building, Fleet Building, Covered Storage, Fuel Island, and Covered Parking Areas. The Construction Manager At Risk will assume the risk for construction of the project, at the contracted price as the general contractor, and provide consultation to the Owner regarding construction during and after any redesign of the project, in accordance with all applicable requirements of the project and all applicable laws. It is the intention of Tarrant County to select a Construction Manager At Risk using a one-step selection process.
