Iannelli Construction Company, Inc. has been awarded the above project and isseeking bids from NYS certifi ed M/W/SDVOB contractors for the renovation of CUNYLehman College Unit Ventilator System Replacementand Associated AsbestosAbatement located at Lehman College- Carman Hall2790 Goulden Ave. Bronx NewYork 10468.The scope of work is to replace fan coils and unit ventilator units whichhaveexceeded their life expectancy with new units that include energy recovery,EC motors and fresh air ventilation levels with controls for the mechanicalsystems that will integrate into the campus-wide BMS system. Heat exchangers,water pumps equipped with VFDs, and dual temperature water piping from the risersThis ad is closed.to the FCs are also part of the scope. To facilitate the new VAV duct systems andthe new FCUs on the affected floors, new accessible ceilings in corridors and insome perimeter, rooms will be specified for replacement of existing ceilings.
