Bids will be received by the Hamblen County Department of Education at 210 East Morris Blvd. (Heritage Room), Morristown, Tennessee 37813, at or before 2:00 pm, Local Time, on September 3, 2026, when the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.Qualified bidders must obtain electronic Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents via email.
