Narcan Vending Machine Implementation and Management

Rockland County Department of Mental Health (RCDMH) seeks proposals from qualified organizations (preferably Non-Profit) capable of establishing, implementing, operating and sustaining Narcan (Naloxone) vending machines and Naloxboxes as well as establishing a public website that shows where Narcan is available within Rockland County.  IMPORTANT NOTICE – Bid Distribution: Vendors interested in obtaining the official version of the solicitation may register to download the solicitation at: www.bidnetdirect.com or https://rocklandgov.bonfirehub.com/portal.
