Flooring the Common Areas of the Facility at Sunny Acres Nursing Home

Heritage Operations Group and Menard County are seeking sealed bids for the flooring of the common areas at Sunny Acres Nursing Home located at 19130 Sunny Acres Road, Petersburg, Illinois 62675. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Menard County Coordinator at 102 South Seventh Street, Petersburg, IL 62675 by 3:00 PM on September 3, 2026. The bids will be opened by Heritage Operations Group and the Menard County Board. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 14th from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Bidders are required to make an in-person site visit to bid on the project. All bids must include pricing that meets the following requirements: 1. Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rate as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, 2. Signed proposals, 3. Responsibility for demolition, 4. Removal of all materials from the premises, 5. Storage of all materials, 6. Interior repairs, 7. Confirmation of startup, 8. Warranty for parts and labor, 9. Timeline for project completion. All work is subject to the provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, and prevailing wage rates are on file at the Illinois Department of Labor. Qualified Female and Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. Menard County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding process. No bid shall be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the opening of bids without written consent from the Owner.
