NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Monmouth-Ocean Educational Services Commission ("MOESC") for the project regarding pickups, SUVs, and vans. The project locations include MOESC locations, public educational institutions, public colleges or universities, community colleges, vocational or technical schools, municipal governments, and other governmental and quasi-governmental organizations throughout New Jersey and nationwide.Bids documents and bids will be received via the e-bid platform at https://moesc.ecsourcing.com. Questions regarding the bid must be submitted by August 27th, 2026, at 10:00 AM to the contacts listed in the bid documents. No questions will be accepted after this date and time.Bids are due on September 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and will be opened at 10:01 PM on the same day via the e-bid platform at MOESC, located at 100 Tornillo Way, Tinton Falls, NJ 07712. The bid results will be emailed to all bidders after the award calculation.Prospective bidders can obtain the bid documents, including the invitation to bid, bid forms, drawings (if any), specifications, and contract, by registering on the e-bid platform. Bidders must register their new supplier name and required information to view posted RFPs and request an invitation to bid. Any addenda will be advertised at least seven business days prior to the bid opening and sent to all registered suppliers.Bids must be fully and completely made on the e-bid platform as required by the bid documents. No bids will be accepted after the specified date and time. MOESC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Bids cannot be withdrawn for a period of sixty days from the date of bid opening, and any submitted bid will be binding for sixty days thereafter. Bidders must comply with all applicable laws, including Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action requirements. If awarded a contract, compliance with these requirements is mandatory.
