The City of Deerfield Beach, Florida (City) invites qualified and experienced Bidder(s) to submit bids to furnish and deliver two (2) 16-inch altitude control valves, including delivery and technical support for startup, commissioning, and calibration, for the City’s potable water storage tanks at the East Plant, in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of work and requirements in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through eProcurement Marketplace by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via eProcurement. Licensing Requirements: The Vendor must possess all licenses and certifications required by law to furnish the goods and provide the technical support described in this ITB. This includes authorization to do business in the State of Florida and, if installation support or field services are provided, the appropriate trade licenses under Florida law. Refer to the Mandatory Minimum Qualifications and the Required Licenses and Certifications in the solicitation for details. The City of Deerfield Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Deerfield Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
