Bid #26025 - Mastic Beach Sewer District Wastewater Treatment Plant

Intent of this solicitation is to construct a new Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and onsite pumping station located in Mastic Beach, NY. There will be a non-mandatory site visit on August 25, 2026 starting at 9:00am at One Independence Hill, Farmingville, NY 11738, directly followed by a site visit to 70 Silver Road, Mastic Beach, NY 11951. Any potential bidder interested in attending the site visit must register by emailing Town contacts listed. New York State Empire State Development (ESD) grant monies and as such is subject to the standards of the Granting Agency(s). The Town of Brookhaven recognizes its obligation under NYS law to promote opportunities for participation of certified minority, women-owned and service-disabled veteran owned businesses.NYS Contract Goals15% MBE, 15% WBE, 6% SDVOB The contractor shall make, and document, all good faith efforts made to achieve the MWBE and SDVOB goals. All bidders please be advised that this project may be funded entirely or at least in part from a Federal Assistance agreement between EPA and the Town of Brookhaven. In accordance with State, local or tribal laws and regulation as well as Federal laws and Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG) – 2CFR Part 200 (i.e. procurement standards), 40 CFR Part 33 and/or 40 U.S.C.
