Cherry Park Heat Pumps

The Housing Authority of the City of Vancouver (VHA) is issuing this competitive solicitation with the intent of awarding a contract for the purchase and replacement of existing vertical encased cooling/heat pumps (VTAC) with new energy efficient AHRI Certified cooling/heat pumps. In accordance with RCW 39.26, purchases of goods and services must be based on a competitive procurement process in which the Contract is awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The VHA reserves the right to amend and modify this competitive solicitation. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place August 20th, 2026 at 3:00 PM . All questions/clarifications are due August 25th, 2026 by 3:00 PM . Bids are due September 8th, 2026 by 3:00 PM .
