The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities, is accepting bids until September 16, 2026, at 3:00 PM for construction services for C.I.P No. 650234-100203 Jackson Pike Water Reclamation Plant Sludge Control Building, Skimmings Thickening Building and Skimmings Dewatering Building (JPWRP SCB/SKB) Roof Replacement. Bids will only be accepted electronically via Bid Express (www.bidexpress.com). The work for which consists of the replacement of the existing built up roof, the removal of abandoned components, upgrades to safe accessibility, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this invitation to bid (IFB)
