Streetlight and Signal Communications Upgrade Project

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Contract Documents to construct for the above-stated project. The general items of work include upgrading of traffic signal equipment throughout the City.Upgrades include, but are not limited to: • New LED signal heads at 25 traffic signals,• New LED safety lighting at 119 traffic signals,• Conflict Monitor Unit (CMU) upgrades at 34 traffic signals,• New wireless modems at 10 intersections,• New fiber installation on: - Ynez Road from Winchester Road to Santiago Road, - Butterfield Stage Road from Ave Lestonnac to Wolf Store Road, - Redhawk Parkway from Temecula Parkway to Wolf Store Road.• Full intersection rewiring at 15 Traffic Signals.Additive Alternates• Removing and Replacing Pull Boxes• Replacing Cabinets with ATC cabinets• Full Intersection rewiring at 3 locations
