YOU MUST BE REGISTERED IN NGEM TO VIEW THIS SOLICITATION.   PWP-CL-2026-481     SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY: This Project/work will primarily take place on the first floor within UMC's Hospital, located at 1800 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. As part of the work, a new pharmacy is to be constructed within the existing building. The work further includes the removal of walls, modifications to mechanical systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical elements. Structural work should be limited to wall and/or soffit design.     For full details, see the Instructions with Exhibit A (Scope of Work) via the Attachments tab of the respective bid on the NGEM system.     A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., beginning at the entrance to the building located at 1800 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102.     Bid documents, specifications and drawings will be available on the NGEM System starting on Friday, July 31, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.     All questions/requests for clarification related to this Bid must be received in the NGEM system no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. OWNER aims to issue any necessary Addenda by close of business Monday, August 24, 2026.
