Roof Replacement of 12 Buildings

The Union City Housing Authority is seeking sealed bids for the roof replacement of 12 buildings located at Development TN009-002 in Union City, Tennessee. The work includes the replacement of gutters.Bids must comply with Tennessee State Law and will be accepted until 10:30 A.M. on Friday, September 11, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened at the Union City Housing Authority office located at 1409 East Main Street, Union City, TN 38261. All general bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of at least five percent (5%) of the base bid, payable to the Union City Housing Authority.All bidders must be licensed contractors as per the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976. Roofing prime and subcontractors must be licensed if the bid amount is $25,000 or more.
