Johnson County Community College (the “College”) is soliciting bids for the renovation of an out-of-use commercial kitchen space into catering storage and laundry rooms in the Midwest Trust Center (MTC) on the College main campus.Full detailed project specifications and drawings can be downloaded on the “Bid Documents” tab in ProcureWare  https://jccc.procureware.com NOTE - It is not necessary to log in to view these documents.All communications in regards to this RFB are only to be directed to the Procurement dept. via the "Clarifications" tab in Procureware. NOTE - You must be registered and logged in to view this tab. A pre-bid conference with interested Contractors will be held at 3:00 pm, 8/12/2026, Room# 211 (2nd floor) in the Midwest Trust Center (MTC) on theCollege main campus at 12345 College Blvd., Overland Park, Kansas 66210.This conference/site tour will enable Contractors to inquire about the bid & tour the work to be bid on for the project.  Attendance at the conference is highly recommended.
