Water Well Drilling and Installation Project

The Oglala Sioux Parks and Recreation Authority (OSPRA) is inviting sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors for the drilling and installation of an electric water well system located at Buffalo Pasture Tribal Trust Tract in Allen, South Dakota. The project involves a turnkey water well installation, which includes drilling a new potable water well to an estimated depth of approximately 400 feet, installing well casing and related components, and setting up a properly sized submersible electric pump along with electrical wiring, pump cable, and connections. Additionally, well development, pump testing, and final well completion documentation are required. Contractors must demonstrate experience with similar projects, provide proof of applicable licensing and insurance, and submit contractor references along with a written lump-sum bid proposal. Compliance with Oglala Sioux Tribe requirements is mandatory, including obtaining a valid Oglala Sioux Tribe Business License unless exempt under Tribal law.Bid packages must include a completed bid proposal, contractor qualifications, proof of insurance, a proposed completion schedule, and warranty information.The bid submission deadline is September 4, 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for September 8, 2026.
