The City of San Diego’s Department of Information Technology is seeking a qualifiedinformation technology staffing augmentation firm that can provide skilled informationtechnology personnel to assist with production support for the City’s existing ERP landscapesystems as well as a range of project initiatives.1. The qualified Contractor will assist the City in achieving its strategic goals andobjectives, as indicated below:1.1 Provide resources capable of working in a metrics based, KPI driven environmentwith a high level of technical expertise for the support services, including ongoingexpertise based on regular and recurring training and professional developmentactivities over the term of the Contract;1.2 Improve cost effectiveness of operations for the ERP landscape throughcompetitive market pricing for the in-scope positions sought;1.3 Enhance flexibility and scalability of required resources over the Term of theContract;1.4 Leverage highly qualified Contractor staff to exceed City’s expectations; and1.5 Enhance quality of application development, application maintenance, and systemadministration
