Science Laboratory Building Renovation Phase II

Sealed proposals are being accepted from qualified bidders by The University of South Alabama for the renovation of the Science Laboratory Building. The work includes upgrades to first floor corridors, interior painting, demolition and build-out of restrooms, installation of new access controls, removal and replacement of exterior stairs, and relocation of medium voltage transformers. The scope also includes associated sitework.A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for August 20, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. CST in the Administration Building at the University of South Alabama. This meeting is intended for pre-approved general contractors and their subcontractors.Bidders must submit proposals on forms provided by the Architect or copies thereof. Bids exceeding the established amount by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors must be accompanied by evidence of licensing.
