Glass Beads for Traffic Paint

***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. PURPOSE: The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a Contract with a Contractor to provide Glass Beads for Traffic Paint for all State Agencies and CPV Members, contract release # G-201(5). The scope of work encompasses shipping and distribution throughout the State of Minnesota and performing other related customer services as detailed in the specification. Orders may be placed on as-needed basis and the quantities may vary. CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $1,400,000.00 to $1,600,000.00. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum. CONTRACT PERIOD: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from March 1, 2027, through February 29,2029, with the option to extend up to an additional 36 months in increments determined by the State.
