Request for Proposals 2026 Temporary Generation RFP

PSEG Long Island, LLC (“PSEG Long Island”), on behalf of the Long Island Power Authority (“LIPA”) is issuing a 2026 Request for Proposals for Temporary Generation (“2026 Temporary Generation RFP” or “RFP”) for the purpose of maintaining reliability for Long Island customers. LIPA is seeking to procure up to a total of 400 MW of temporary generation from multiple Projects to be located in LIPAs service territory. Such facilities would be connected to LIPA’s Transmission or Distribution System (“LIPA’s T&D System”). Please refer to the RFP documentation for more information regarding this bid event.
