Permanent and Temporary Staffing Services Panel RFP

The Battery Park City Authority hereby requests proposals (individually a “Proposal” and collectively the “Proposals”) from qualified firms(individually a “Proposer” and collectively the “Proposers”) to be appointed to one or both of two pre-qualifiedpanels of firms (each, a “Panel” and collectively, the “Panels”) for Permanent Recruitment and Temporary StaffingServices. Panel A shall consist of firms providing executive search and permanent recruitment services ("PermanentFirms"), and Panel B shall consist of firms providing temporary staffing services ("Temp Firms"). Proposers maysubmit proposals for Panel A, Panel B, or both Panels. Such services shall include, but not be limited to, assisting the Authority in filling permanent positions andproviding temporary staffing support in a variety of functional areas including but not limited to: office operations,finance, legal, communications, design & construction, human resources, technology, parks operations, and parksprogramming. A detailed scope of work for which the selected Proposers may be engaged is attached as Exhibit A – Scope ofWork (the “Work”). For the avoidance of doubt, Work will be assigned to the panel(s) via individual task ordersissued under the ultimate contract(s) awarded pursuant to this RFP (as hereinafter defined), which task orders willinclude individualized scopes of work which may include some, but not necessarily all, of the Work set forth inExhibit A. New York State-certified Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (“MBE”), Women-Owned Business Enterprises(“WBE”) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises (“SDVOB”) are encouraged to submitProposals.
