Building D310 and D311 Chemical Stock Room Remodel Project

The Project consists of renovations to the existing chemical storage Rooms 310 and 311 in Building D, including, but not limited to, replacement of fume hood, duct, and exhaust fan, lighting replacement, power installation for appliances, sink replacement, plumbing installation, interior painting, and flooring epoxy.The Project will be completed in two phases. Phase 0 consists of the first fifty (50) calendar days of the project duration and is designated for the procurement of materials. Phase I consists of the remaining forty (40) calendar days of the project duration, during which all on-site scope must be completed. To meet the required project duration, the Contractor shall plan and schedule the work accordingly, including performing work after hours and weekends, as necessary.
