Light Rail Cranes Lifts And Hoists Maintenance Repairs And Inspections

This is a Time-and-Materials contract.  The work to be performed requires the provision of lift, crane and hoist preventative maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting service and includes both proactive scheduled repair service and 24/7 on-call as needed emergency repair service.  The work to be performed includes annual inspections on the complete inventories located at both the North Ave. and Cromwell Mechanical Shops.  Annual inspections and the required inspection documentation per unit of equipment shall comply with the most current versions of applicable OSHA 1910, ASME, ANSI B30, CMAA and NEC standards and regulations.
