Prequalification by the Mobility Authority is mandatory to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). Professional services solicited by the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may include, but are not limited to, Project Management, Retaining Wall Analysis and Remediation Methods, Engineering and Design, and Construction Phase Services.
