Public and Non-Public Schools Individualized Education Plan Related Services

The Newark Board of Education is seeking proposals for Individualized Education Plan Related Services for both public and non-public schools. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the Newark Board of Education's bidding platform before the deadline of 12:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.There will be a virtual pre-submission meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST. This meeting will provide an overview of the required documents and the electronic submission process. Bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting.Bidders must include the solicitation name and number in their email when requesting user credentials from Vanessa Albuquerque at valbuquerque@nps.k12.nj.us. The Newark Board of Education uses EC Sourcing Group's Flex RFP for electronic submissions, and registration instructions will be available starting Wednesday, July 29, 2026, on the Newark Board of Education's website.Submissions will be opened virtually immediately after the deadline. The meeting credentials for the opening are also provided.Proposers must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. This contract will be funded by federal grants, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act Grants. The Newark Board of Education reserves the right to reject all proposals and/or waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions.
