Separate and sealed bids or electronic bids for the construction of RAILROAD PIPE REPLACEMENT, will be received by the YELLOW CREEK STATE INLAND PORT AUTHORITY, until 9:00 A.M., LOCAL TIME, ON THURSDAY, THE 3RD OF SEPTEMBER, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of the removal and replacement of existing 120-inch corrugated metal drainage pipes, including all necessary excavation, installation of new drainage pipes, bedding, backfill, riprap, seeding, excelsior blanket, restoration of all disturbed areas and the railroad to existing conditions, and all associated appurtenances.
