Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Commission Chambers, Room 203, second floor of the Civic Center.“Janitorial Services, City of Dothan Facilities,” Dothan, Alabama, 36303, as indicated in the bid documents, includes the required cleaning services at the specific City facilities, as detailed.It is strongly recommended that prime bidders attend a Pre-Bid Conference on August 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., beginning at the Wiregrass Public Safety Center, Administration Building: 100 Public Safety Way, Dothan, Alabama. Proposals from bidders with registered attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference will be given preference.The Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the City of Dothan’s procurement website https://cityofdothan.procureware.com. Questions pertaining to the bid documents may be directed to the Procureware site under the Clarifications for the Bid section. These documents may be only used for the purpose of bidding on this project. Anyone logging into the site for specifications will be notified of all addenda by e-mail.
